My Portfolio

As part of my role at the University of Oklahoma's Innovation Hub, I manage social media content for the Fabrication Lab, a creative space where students can bring their ideas to life. I develop content strategies, capture and edit photos and videos, design graphics, and create Instagram Reels and carousels to increase awareness of the lab's resources and encourage student engagement. Through these efforts, I've helped grow the account by approximately 300 followers while making the lab feel more approachable and accessible to students across campus. This experience has strengthened my skills in content creation, visual storytelling, and communicating with diverse audiences.

For my design class, I developed a multi-platform advertising campaign for Glossier's Cloud Paint blush, centered around the concept "A Little Goes a Long Way."The campaign focused on highlighting the product's buildable pigmentation and how a small amount can make a big impact.

Using Adobe Photoshop, I designed billboard and print advertisements, exploring different visual executions while maintaining a consistent campaign message and brand identity. This project strengthened my ability to translate a creative strategy into cohesive designs across multiple advertising mediums.

For this campaign, my team developed a media strategy for Ralph Lauren, with my focus on events, sponsorships, and experiential brand placements. Using our audience research, I identified opportunities to reach our target consumers in spaces that aligned with their interests, lifestyles, and media habits.

Guided by the idea that iconic brands belong in iconic places, I explored strategic partnerships and brand experiences across tennis, golf, the NBA, and the Kentucky Derby. Each placement was chosen not only for its audience reach, but for its ability to reinforce Ralph Lauren's identity and create meaningful connections between the brand and its consumers.

Through my role at the University of Oklahoma's Tom Love Innovation Hub, I collaborated with a student entrepreneur to develop the digital presence for Light Spike, an innovative holiday lighting product.

I designed and built the product's website, wrote its copy, and captured product photography to communicate its features and value to potential customers. I also assisted with filming promotional TikToks and B-roll footage to support the brand's social media presence.

Light Spike went on to earn a Golden Ticket at the SharkNinja Innovation Competition, recognizing the product's innovation and potential.

This collection highlights my experience in both creative copywriting and strategic communication. The first sample is a long-form social media caption I wrote for the University of Oklahoma's Fabrication Lab, designed to inform students about its resources and encourage engagement. The second is a creative brief I developed for Chevrolet Oklahoma City as part of my Account Planning capstone course, translating audience research and consumer insights into a focused creative direction. Together, these samples demonstrate my ability to adapt my writing to different audiences, objectives, and communication styles.
